How to Join the Study
Guidance Video:
- Download the Autonom-e App on your device: Autonom-e App Links
- or visit the Autonom-e website: Autonom-e Webapp
- Log in/Register
- Select Autonom-e+
- Find the HERITAGE study area. Tap the profile icon 👤(top left corner) → Tap 'Join a Study' → Select 'NIHR HERITAGE Study (Public)'.
- Open the Patient Information Sheet (PIS)
- Complete the consent form
- Start your participation
