Thank you for your interest in HERITAGE

HERITAGE is a UK research study looking at Long Covid and ME/CFS.
The aim is to understand people’s experiences and help improve future NHS services.

There are two different ways you can take part:

• Work Package 1&2: Answer surveys/questionnaires about your health, and/or
• Work Package 3: Share your experiences in an interview

You can take part in one or both.
This page will help you check whether you’re able to take part.

Eligibility Check:

1. Are you aged 18 or over?
2. Do you live in the UK?
3. Have you had Long Covid and/or ME/CFS symptoms for 2 years or longer?
4. Do you have a diagnosis of Long Covid or ME/CFS, or are you awaiting assessment/diagnosis for one of these conditions?
